We are not accepting new patients at present.

Our office is contacting patients who  submitted a request to register with one of our family physicians. This takes time so please be patient. 

Please do not call our office with inquiries related to the wait list.

We have more patients on the wait list than our current capacity, therefor being on the waitlist does not guarantee that you will be invited to register with one of our family physicians.  We are prioritizing patients without a family physician and living local to our clinic area.

We may open patient registration again in future if one of the providers within our group decides to increase their practice size or if new physicians join our group.
